OnboardPack ("we") collects and uses your data as follows.

Data we collect

When you use the generator we store the information you enter (e.g. business name, client name, project details) in your browser and, after payment, on our servers to generate and deliver your pack. We collect your email address when you complete a purchase via Stripe.

How we use it

We use your data to generate your documents, process payment, store your pack for re-download, and send you the download link (e.g. via Stripe receipt or success page). We do not sell your data to third parties.

Third parties

Payments are processed by Stripe; their privacy policy applies to payment data. We use Supabase for database and file storage. Our hosting provider (e.g. Vercel) may process requests and logs.

Retention

We retain purchase and pack records and files for as long as needed to provide re-downloads and for legitimate business and legal purposes.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. If you are in the UK or EEA you have additional rights under applicable data protection laws.
