Service

OnboardPack provides document templates and a generator to produce client onboarding packs. We do not provide legal, tax or accounting advice. Templates are for informational purposes only.

Use

You may use the generated documents for your own business. You may not resell, redistribute or white-label the templates or generator without permission.

Payment

Payment is processed by Stripe. Refunds are subject to our refund policy (and Stripe's terms). Once you have downloaded your pack, we are not obliged to refund unless required by law.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uptime. We are not liable for loss of data or inability to access the service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, consequential or special damages arising from your use of the service or the templates.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
